The goal of this program is to teach athletes to release negative thoughts, remain in the present moment, and move past mistakes. So often we see athletes stay stuck in the past, whether it’s a play, a game, or something they keep replaying in their mind. When an athlete or team is unable to move forward, it impedes their ability to impact the current moment. This can sometimes look like an athlete hesitating shooting an open shot because they have missed a few in a row. This can sometimes look like an athlete talking down about themselves or second guessing a decision during competition.
